Account Statements – Going digital!

2016 is going to be a big year for us in terms of going as green and thinking about our positive contribution to the environment. We have been doing a number of changes internally for some years now in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
The next step in this journey is converting our paper monthly account statements (remittance advice) into emails.

This notice only applies if you are a 30-day account holder. Trade Card and retail customers need not to worry!
When you receive your account statement in February, you will find a note announcing the change.
But why wait? If you have an online login it means we already have an email address on file and your account statements will be sent to that address, but you may also choose to receive account statements at a different email. Either case, simply visit:

Put in your account number with a valid email and we will update your records.
