When you log in to your 30-day Account, you might notice a pop-up that is designed to ensure you are aware of this important change. Don’t worry, you can always choose Close & Don’t Show again so it won’t bug you each time.

Welcome back! I hope you all had an enjoyable festive season and a well-earned break. My sympathy and support go out to anyone who has been affected by the recent Australian bushfires.
At the beginning of November last year, I stepped up as Owner/Managing Director of Radio Parts. During this time, the Radio Parts teams’ support, trust and efforts have been crucial to implementing the changes we need to move forward. Part of the change over process is that we have to move our current bank accounts over to ANZ. The new ANZ bank details are listed here, on our website, in our catalogue and on all invoices and statements going forward. Updating our bank details should ensure a smooth transition to the new account with minimal disruption to business.
So, we are now looking forward to the opportunities and challenges for 2020! We’ve been busy scheduling suppliers for this year’s fortnightly training sessions and our 2020 catalogue has just been finalised. Our buyers are adding exciting new products and product information, as well as booking electronic shows both locally and overseas. We are currently reviewing and simplifying our pricing structure. Part of this process includes trialling new IT support systems and most significantly introducing a new integrated freight system later in the year. The result will be faster turnaround times in order processing and dispatch, while offering our customers more delivery options.
Our aim is to make our 2020 monthly flyers exciting by filling them with new products, great discounted clearance options and deals on overstocked lines. As always, Radio Parts values your helpful suggestions and constructive feedback in order to grow as a business. From the whole Radio Parts team, we look forward to providing support and doing business with you in 2020 and beyond.

We have ended our 50+ year relationship with the Commonwealth Bank and have moved over to ANZ. New bank, of course, means new bank details!

If you are not an existing 30-day account holder then this change doesn’t affect you, but if you are, then please make sure you update your records or pass on this information to your relevant department.
