When it comes to high-end audio, Bowers & Wilkins has a formidable reputation. They consistently win the top audio awards and push the boundaries of innovation. Their product is simply incredible, however, the one bugbear has been the exclusivity of the brand. It was only available from the top audio retailers, who could only sell it to the end users. This year, that is all changing!
In 2018, Bowers is trialling a strategic partnership with Radio Parts, where tradies can collect the goods directly from Radio Parts. If you present the details of the job, then you get a 30% discount from the online price.
Radio Parts sell many thousands of ceiling speakers to trade and industry, but historically they are either been low-cost speakers (Wintal CE650), midrange speakers aimed at the trade (Earthquake ECS6.5 or ECS8.0). For tradies, the Bowers brand was largely forgotten. A real missed opportunity for people that want the best audio.
The deal involves Radio Parts keeping lots of stock and working even more closely with the trade. We are happy to do demonstrations for end-users, but the 30% discount is only for trade purchases.
Bowers will be hosting a training session on 6 April at Radio Parts (details and booking online). They will also be presenting the product at the Integrate Show in Sydney on the Radio Parts stand (22-24 August).
